Orders for Buyers and Retail Customers:
As a Buyer you may cancel your first order at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of your order, signed in person. This does not cover any enrollment and initial order placed via mail or online.
However, in addition to the above rights Future Global Vision offers through its Distributors a 30-day from the invoice date of your order to initiate a return for a refund.
If you are a Buyer to initiate a return and cancel this transaction, contact your Distributor to deliver a signed and dated copy of the Cancellation Notice.
If you are a Retail Customer and you purchased directly from a Distributor contact your Distributor to initiate a return.
If you are a Retail Customer that purchased directly from Future Global Vision follow the steps below:
STEP 1. Notify Distributor Support. Please include your ID Number, your Order Number and the reason for the return. email@example.com
STEP 2. The Distributor Support Department will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and an address for the return.
STEP 3. Re-package the product/packaging (opened and unopened) and send them to Future Global Vision Distribution, Attn: Returns. Clearly write the RAN number on the outside of your package, preferably on three sides of the box. If the RAN number is not in clear view on at least one side of the box your package may be refused. You are responsible for the shipping costs for this returned package.
STEP 4. You may wish to ship your return through UPS or USPS Priority Mail to receive a tracking number and to ensure we receive the product. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
STEP 5. After we have received and approved your request, you will be credited back the refund for the item(s), including any tax paid, on the same payment method that you used to purchase the order. NOTE: The refund for the item(s) does not include any shipping and handling charges, nor any other fees.
STEP 6. Do to the different merchant and banks return policies processing of refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the returned package is received in our warehouse.
For Preferred Customers and Distributors Only Wholesale Orders:
A Preferred Customer and a Distributor may request a refund by contacting Distributor Support within 30 days from the invoice date of the order and same process applies.
Upon receipt of re-salable items, the Preferred Customer or Distributor will be charged a 10% restocking fee and reimbursed . No exception will be made under any circuntances.
90% of the cost of the original price(s).
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The $49.95 membership fee is non refundable.
If the purchase was made through a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same account. Exceptions apply to the State of Montana; please reference the Policies and Procedures for complete details.
Future Global Vision reserves the right to recoup any commissions or other compensation paid when the product that generated that compensation is returned.
Please follow the same procedure for return as outlined for Retail Customer Returns.
At least 70% of a Independent Distributor's total monthly Personal Volume must be sold to end product consumers. Our Refund Policies are design and created to protect individuals. These Policies do not apply to an Independent Distributor who for the purpose of qualifying for bonuses or other benefits, has falsely certified that the inventory for which they are attempting to receive a refund has been previously sold.
Return of Future Global Vision Nutraceuticals Products
General Information Quick Summary
All returns of multiple packages of the same product must be unopened and in resalable condition, except for the one package from which the product was used. This open package must also be returned.
Future Global Vision has a 30 day money back guarantee on all nutraceuticals product. If you are unhappy with your product, Future Global Vision will offer a full refund (excluding shipping fees), as long as the request for refund is received by within 30 days of the original ship date of the product to the customer or member. All packages must be returned.
All returns must be made within 1 year from the date your purchase was shipped, and must be commercially marketable per the definition above in Customer Service must issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to any return. Returns of enrollment orders will cancel the member's business center activation, and any commissions generated by the original purchase will be withheld. Commissions generated for the members sponsor will also be withheld and deducted. Volumes generated by this return will be deducted from the entire upline. Damaged or defective merchandise may be returned for replacement only and is subject to inspection. Existing Distributors may return sales aids such as posters, banners, literature, CD's etc. Distributors who are cancelling their Membership and returning the Enrollment kit may also return the sales aids, etc. for a refund as they are included in the enrollment kit. The first time a member orders a product and reports to us that they did not receive it, we will issue a replacement of the order to them. The second time the same member reports that they did not receive their package we will issue this member a refund and cancel their membership.
**Please note** International / APO / FPO addresses: Items shipped to international addresses can take a minimum of 20 ± business days to arrive. We are unable to provide tracking information for international orders unless you choose a track able ship method for your order. Credit and/or reship requests for items not delivered will not be processed or considered any time prior to 90 days from the original order date.
The products being returned must be linked to a specific order placed in the Future Global Vision Member's business centers.
The Future Global Vision Member can then ship the products back to the address specified by Customer Service. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Future Global Vision Member. Packages with the proper authorizations will be processed and the Future Global Vision Member's refund will be issued.
Return of Initial Order:
Members who return their initial order will be refunded, if the above steps are completed and this takes place within a one-year period from the ship date. All products must be returned unopened and in re-saleable condition in order to receive a refund. The return of this initial order will cancel this member's business center activation. All volume and related commissions paid on the returned order will be deducted from the applicable Future Global Vision Members their sponsor and the respective upline.
All product packs, including wholesale and retail packs, must be returned unopened and in saleable condition. No partial packs will be accepted. Additionally, there will be no product substitutions accepted.
All exchange requests must be made within 90 days of purchase date for unopened product. If there is a difference in the cost of product, a credit for the difference in product cost will be issued and used towards the customer's next purchase or autoship order. With the exception of damaged or defective merchandise, all products must be returned unopened and in -saleable condition in order to receive a refund. Once a customer has made a return from a specific order, the exchanged products may not be returned for additional exchanges or refund.
We are happy to refund the cost of the product, subject to the terms defined in Refunds or additional charges caused by exchange will be processed to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If this card is no longer active, the Member must contact Customer Service to make other arrangements. Check payments will be refunded via check, which will be mailed to the Future Global Vision Member.
